Cooling and Soothing

1. Do not use more than 4 hours for each application.
2. For sensitive skin, do not use more than 2 hours for each application to avoid irritation.
3. Do not paste at the same area of your skin continuously.

1. Use within 3-4 hours after removing the backing film.
2. If the product is applied on joints or oily skin, it can easily fall off. Use with a bandage.
3. lf the product is applied on dry skin, it might get sticky. It is recommended to gently remove the patch for your skin.
4. Sweating reduce the adhesiveness. It is recommended to use at night time.
5. Once the package has been opened, seal it tightly to prevent the loss
   of essential oils to keep it effective.
6. Avoid open wounds, mucous membranes, eczema and eye regions.
